Delete your Dollivery account

This page applies to all three Dollivery apps: Dollivery (salons and beauty pros), Dollivery Driver and Dollivery for Business.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

• Dollivery: Profile → Delete my account.
• Dollivery Driver: Account → Delete my account (also on the "application under review" screen).
• Dollivery for Business: scroll to the bottom of your dashboard → Delete my account.

Enter your password to confirm. Deletion happens right away. If you have an order in progress, finish or cancel it first.

Or ask us to do it

Email privacy@dollivery.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Dollivery account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days (usually within 2 business days).

What gets deleted

• Your name, email, phone number and password.
• Your license details and every document you uploaded (license photos, insurance cards, permits).
• Driver vehicle and profile details; for stores, the store is closed on Dollivery.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of past orders (items, amounts, sales tax, dates), without your name or contact details. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep these, generally for up to 7 years.
• Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, under their own legal retention rules.
• A short security log entry noting that the account was deleted.
